The DECT specification is maintained by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). The DECT standard is defined in document ETS 300 175. Of particular interest is part 5, which details the network layer. Additionally, the CyberGenie handsets implement the Generic Access Profile (GAP), which is specified in document EN 300 444.
